Talking of food, it seems Karisma Kapoor had her preparations on point for this Thanksgiving. The actress, in a series of Instagram posts, gave us a glimpse of how she spent her Thanksgiving this year. In the photos, she showed a whole turkey roasted to perfection and stuffed with some scrumptious vegetables. Behind it, we spotted what looked like some grilled ribs.
Karisma Kapoor, who styled her best in the photos, also made sure to not miss the dessert as we could see a mouth-watering pie in one of the clicks. “Thankful always,” she captioned the post.

To begin with it, first, arrange the ingredients below.
Turkey – 1
Chicken mince – 500 gms
Pork meat – 200 gms
Pork fat – 50 gms
Pistachio – 60 gms
Cashew nuts – 60 gms
Raisins – 60 gms
Carrots – 20 gms
Eggs – 2
Cream – 150 ml
Brandy – 100 ml
Broccoli – 150 gms
Baby corn – 100 gms
Honey glazed potatoes – 200 gms
Butter – 150 gms
Red wine – 60ml
Cranberry sauce – 200 gms
Horseradish – 50 gms
Oil – 100ml
A pinch of rosemary and parsley
Salt and pepper
Now, follow the steps below to prepare the turkey.
Step – 1 Clean the turkey thoroughly from the inside while keeping the skin intact.
Step – 2 Take a mixing bowl and add chicken mince, dry fruits, pork fat, eggs, carrots, brandy, cream, parsley, and rosemary in it.
Step – 3 Stuff the mixture into the turkey breast and tie it up to seal the mixture.
Step – 4 Place the turkey in a baking tray along with diced onions, carrots, celery, garlic, and oil.
Step – 5 Cook it for around 1 hour at 300 degrees C until the turkey turns golden brown and becomes tender.
Step – 6 Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce, buttered vegetables, horseradish, and glazed sweet potatoes.
